Guess he was allowed to run his own errands while the old lady was occupied with cleaning the place up. Maybe Faff wanted to buy himself more time?
My guess, the bottle was from the rap star whom the old lady’s daughter is hanging with.
She is one tough old lady to stare down Fafnir like that…
